Pregnancy loss is devastating, one of the most important aspects of healing is allowing yourself to mourn your pregnancy loss and accept what's happened — and then look toward the future. It is possible that you and the people in your life may be having a hard time processing the loss or having hopeless thoughts. A range of emotions that you may feel are denial, guilt, anger, depression or envy. These are all normal reactions to a monumental loss but just because they are normal does not mean that you should have to struggle with this alone.
