Carly holds a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University. Carly is experienced in relational, maternal and reproductive mental health supporting issues surrounding depression, anxiety, grief and loss, dating, motherhood and the postpartum experience, stress-related symptoms, communication difficulties, and relationship challenges. Carly is skilled in working with both couples and individuals, specifically women ages 20-50 years old. Carly offers gentle guidance, support and empathetic listening in addition to effective coping strategies to assist you in managing your thoughts and feelings. 

 

In Carly’s spare time, she enjoys practicing yoga, cooking, and spending time with her husband, two young daughters, and golden retriever.
