Anastasia Leondis is a Licensed and Board Certified Mental Health Counselor for over 20 years, in both Florida and New York. She is the founder and owner of Boca Behavioral Health, a group practice that offers comprehensive services for Children, Teens and Families. She specializes in Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Stress Management.  

 

Anastasia is passionate about helping her clients recognize their own strengths, abilities and talents to better themselves and their lives. She uses Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Interventions to assist her clients.

 

Additionally, Anastasia is a Qualified Supervisor, providing clinical supervision to students at Nova Southeastern University and to Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns.

She also volunteers with the American Red Cross as a Disaster Mental Health first responder in local, regional and national disaster events and at Saint Mark Greek Orthodox Church.
