Alli is passionate about empowering others to improve and understand their mental health. She specializes in phase-of-life changes, such as divorce, career change and grief, as well as addictions, processing childhood trauma in adulthood, and mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Alli has extensive experience in woman’s issues and inner-child work due to trauma and abuse. Alli provides individualized, tailored care and utilizes psychodynamic and existential modalities, coupled with the use of attachment theory to help her clients.  Alli has attained her Level 1 Reiki Certification and is able to integrate this specialization into her practice as well!
